Hello I would like to create my own top hat but I cannot find your tutorial... Can you help me ?
LOL..I have to write again!! Just gorgeous ..is there a way to make it bigger? The first gorgeous hat looks bigger [brim] than the second one. Both are awesome and I cant wait to do one! I will have to put it on my blog. I just started one!! Yeah me!
